These Hoot Owl cookies are just adorable. They’re easy and fun to make, and sure to be flying off the plate at your next party. 
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 3/4 cup of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of margarine or butter
- 3 eggs (one at a time)
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt
- 4 and 1/2 cups of flour(1 cup of flour at a time)
