DIY Breakfast Bread Bowls

This breakfast bread bowls are so yummy. They are easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • bread rolls
  • eggs
  • pepper (yellow or red)
  • cheese (it is better if its shredded)
  • salt and pepper to give them taste.
  • Tomato and ham

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F.
  • Prepare your ingredients: chop the tomato, pepper, ham and shred the cheese.
  • Cut of the top of the bread rolls and using your fingers remove the bread from inside.
  • Leave some bread on the bottom to be sure that your eggs won’t start to leak when the bread rolls are in the oven.
  • Start putting inside the rolls the chopped ingredients.
  • Crack the eggs on top of each bread roll
  • Put the cheese and the salt and pepper.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!!
