Hazel The Hedgehog is a little amigurumi covered in berry-stitch spikes, and she needs barely any sewing. The mini berry stitch does all the work here, building a bumpy coat across the back that clearly reads as spines. Rounds run in a continuous spiral, so there is no seam to line up at the end. Only the small bobble nose gets stitched on, keeping the finishing quick and tidy. She measures about four inches long, small enough to perch on a shelf or slip into a gift bag.
