The Driftstone Blanket Free Crochet Pattern turns one easy row repeat into a soft, pebbly texture. Only a handful of basic stitches go into this blanket, yet the surface looks far more involved than it is. Pairs single crochet decreases with small chain spaces, and that little combination creates all the shadow and dimension. Beginners can follow along comfortably, because every row works the same way from start to finish. That single row repeat also makes the Driftstone Blanket lovely company on a quiet evening. You memorise the pattern quickly, then let your hands carry on while you watch something. Thank Kristine for sharing this free crochet pattern. The link for the free pattern is provided below photo.
